Chicken and avocado subs – If you’re not much of a sandwich person, or you’re getting bored of this so-called lunchtime staple, then it’s time to make the switch to subs. But, we’re not saying go to Subway every day for your lunch, because you can make a healthy chicken and avocado sub at home from scratch.
So, what are you waiting for? Read on! – Chicken Fillets, Avocado, Sub-style, Romain Lettuce, Olive Oil.
First, heat up two of our Taste Inc Chicken Fillets and season with a pinch of black pepper, kosher salt and dried thyme on both sides.
Choose our spicy fillets for an additional kick in taste, but once you’ve got the chicken ready, it’s time for the avocado. Carefully slice your avocado then place it on a plate with the chicken.
Toast your two sub rolls and spread a thin layer of mayo on the bread. Add some bacon and a slice of cheese for a more indulgent sub. Using a knife, cut the chicken and slice it into even pieces.
Add some lettuce on top of the bread, then add the chicken and avocado slices. Done! – Chicken and avocado subs, Dried thyme, Kosher salt, Black pepper, Low-fat mayonnaise or mustard.

- 1 Large avocado
- 2 Rolls Sub-style
- 2 Leaves of Romain Lettuce
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
