Brilliant brunch with bacon, avocado and chicken – wholemeal bread, large avocado, thick-cut smoked bacon, egg, Taste Inc. Spicy Fillets, dried chilli flake, non-stick spray, Ground black pepper (to taste), Set the oven to 200 degrees and preheat.

Once the oven has heated up, add the thick-cut smoked bacon to a rack or pan and cook for 20-30 minutes.

After the bacon has been cooking for 10-15 minutes, put the two slices of wholemeal bread in the toaster.

Whilst they’re toasting, smash up the avocado in a bowl with a splash of lime juice until it forms a rough but smooth paste. Add a sprinkle of dried chillies as well as a dash of pepper to the avocado. Set aside.

Fry the egg in a frying pan with non-stick spray. Alternatively, if you prefer to use cooking oil – use that. Adding a lid to the frying pan cooks the egg nicely without cooking the yolk – aka the good bit!; Now, the bacon and egg should be finished at roughly the same time. Now top the toasted bread with the avocado and then layer the bacon over.

Add two Taste Inc. Chargrilled Spicy fillets to one slice, and the fried egg to the other – and voila, you’ve got yourself a 10/10 breakfast!
