The Taste Inc. Rainbow Plate

Course Lunch Dish, Salad

Ingredients
  

  • Little gem lettuce
  • Cooked beetroot
  • Carrots
  • Cucumber
  • Yellow peppers
  • Baby plum tomatoes
  • 1/2 Taste Inc. Original or Spicy Fillets
  • 1 Free range egg
  • 2/3 Seafood sticks
  • Reduced fat mayo/salad cream

Instructions
 

  • Boil some water in a pot.
  • Once the water's boiled, add your free range egg. You can cook your egg to your prefered softness/hardness. We'd say 7-8 minutes is spot on.
  • Roughly tear up your lettuce leaves.
  • Slice your carrots and peppers into strips.
  • Dice your tomatoes, cucumber and beetroot into dippable chunks.
  • Grab your Taste Inc. fillet(s) and your seafood sticks.
  • Add your serving of sauce to a little pot or ramekin and you're ready to dip away to your heart's content!
