Tomato Balsamic Chicken with Spinach and Couscous
This meal is fast, easy and great to serve up for all the family. The pre-cooked Taste Inc Chicken makes prep time much quicker. It’s a very filling and healthy meal, perfect for every season. Serves 4.

- 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 3-4 Taste Inc. Original Chargrilled Chicken Fillets shredded
- 200 grams Babyspinach
- 2 cups Whole wheat couscous cooked
- 3 Garlic cloves diced
- 2 tablesoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup Chicken stock
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes
Start by washing the spinach leaves and leave them to dry in a colander or salad-spinner. Then heat oil in in a large pan on medium-high heat.
Add the garlic, onions and cook for five minutes or until softened. Stir in the spinach and seasonings and cook for 1 or 2 minutes. Reduce heat to medium and add the balsamic vinegar to the pan. Add the tomatoes and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
In a serving bowl, add the cooked couscous and top with sliced up Taste Inc. chicken. You can also add basil and rosemary for even more flavour.
