Super-fast chicken fried rice – If you need a lunch that’s satisfying and quick to make, the chicken fried rice is the perfect pick. It takes about five minutes to prepare, so here’s how you do it… – garlic, Onion (Chopped or grated), Eggs (Beaten), Taste Inc. Chargrilled Fillets (Shredded), Caster Sugar, Curry Powder, Tomato Purée, Frozen Peas, Cooked Rice, Soy Sauce, Vegetable Oil, First of all, heat up a frying pan on a medium grill, with a table spoon of vegetable oil. Tip in the onions, garlic and stir for about a minute. Then pour in the eggs; cook and stir so they scramble and no liquid remains, and so that they’re mixed in with the garlic and onion.; Add the rice and peas, as well as a small glass of water, and cook and stir for about three minutes. Once you’ve done that, you can add the shredded Taste Inc. chicken, followed by curry powder, sugar and tomato puree.; Continue to stir the ingredients until everything is mixed together. Feel free to season with pepper and any additional spices.; –
