Super Fast Chicken Quesadillas – The chicken quesadilla is truly delicious and this is the best quesadilla recipe you’ll ever need. It’s easy to make a pretty fun too.

The recipe below is the perfect amount for a snack for four people or something a little more substantial for two! So, here’s how to make it… – Olive oil (Extra-virgin), Onion (Thinly sliced), Salt, Ground black pepper, Taste Inc. Spicy Fillets (Torn), Chilli powder, Ground cumin, Dried oregano, Medium flour tortillas, Cheddar (Grated), Monterey Jack cheese (Grated (optional)), Avocado (Sliced), Spring onions (Finely sliced), Sour cream (For serving).
First to get the Taste Inc. chicken ready: take two fillets, and tear them into rough, thin strips. Now mix the torn chicken in a bowl with chilli powder, salt, pepper, oregano and cumin.
In a large pan over medium heat, pour a tablespoon of olive oil in and heat. Then add peppers and onions, then season with salt and pepper.
Once they’re tender, add the chicken with all the spices and fry for a further two to three minutes.
Take a flour tortilla and add a layer of chicken and vegetables. Then top with the cheese, avocado and spring onions. Then, place another tortilla on top, press down slightly all over and then grill until golden. It should take about 3 minutes. Once ready, slice into wedges and serve with cream.
