Now it’s time to carefully roll the dough from the long end of the rectangle, making a 12” tube. Once you’ve done this, cut the tube into 9 pieces and stand them up in an 8 x 8 baking dish, with a little olive oil to stop them from sticking. Cover with greaseproof paper and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 5 minutes until crispy and brown. Voila!
