Lemon Mascarpone Chicken Pasta – Mascarpone recipes are a staple and make for a quick, easy lunch. This creamy, Italian cheese is versatile and tastes even better with lemon juice and chicken pasta. Firstly, pour your pasta into a large pot of boiling water and cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, mix together the mascarpone, lemon juice and salt in a small bowl. Then, take 3-4 Taste Inc chicken fillets and shred them into bite-size chunks, before adding the chicken to the mascarpone sauce.

Next, drain the pasta once it has properly cooked and put it in a large serving bowl. Also, make sure you reserve some cooking water before draining, just in case the pasta is too dry.
