Chicken Minestrone soup – This is an excellent recipe that is loaded with vegetables.
This soup is sure to warm you up on those cold nights. It’s a super easy, quick meal that tastes great.
Here’s the recipe:
Butter, Taste Inc. Chargrilled fillets (Torn), Garlic (Crushed), Smoked bacon rashers (Diced), Celery (Chopped), Chopped tomatoes, Red kidney beans (Rinsed and drained), Chicken stock, Orzo pasta, Fresh oregano (Chopped), Fresh parsley (Chopped).
To start, heat the butter in a large pan over medium heat.
Add the garlic, bacon and onion and stir occasionally for ten minutes.
Now, stir in carrots and celery and cook for five minutes.
Add the pasta, tomato, stock and beans and bring to a boil while stirring.
Simmer for a further ten minutes or until the pasta is tender.
Stir in the herbs and season with salt and pepper.
Then serve with any extra toppings you would like alongside some crusty bread.

- 5 tbsp Orzo pasta
- 2 tbsp Fresh oregano Chopped
